Doug is a bass guitarist who also plays clarinet and flute. He was a full-time musician for 22 years with U.S. Army Bands and played a variety of styles, from symphonic to jazz and rock combos, show bands, salsa and musicals. Doug received his training at the U.S. Armed Forces Combined School of Music. He has recently performed at the Scripps Performing Arts Academy for their production of Little Shop of Horrors. Welcome to Local 325!

Timothy is a new AFM member who plays Organ, Piano, Bassoon and Handbells. He has worked with the Concordia University Wind Symphony in Chicago, has performed private organ concerts sponsored by the American Guild of Organists, and has worked with many churches of various denominations. Timothy earned a Degree in Music with Emphasis in Organ Performance, studied organ six years with Professor Mark Downey of St. Xavier University in Chicago, one year with Dr. Daniel Zager of the Eastman School of Music in New York and studied four years with Dr. Steven Wente of Concordia University in Chicago. Justin is a percussionist who also plays tablas, marimba and vibraphone. He received a D.M.A. from UCSD, a M.F.A. from Cal Arts, and was a Fulbright recipient to India. Justin has performed with the group Red Fish Blue Fish, the Los Angeles Percussion Quartet, the San Diego Symphony and the rock group Cheap Trick. He also works under the alias "Doctor Echo" producing dub music and teaches privately. Welcome Justin!

Mikhail is a violinist who hails from Moscow, Russia. He was a member of the State Symphony Orchestra in Russia under the baton of Rozdestwensky. Mikhail has performed many gigs as a soloist and will be working with Orchestra Nova San Diego. Welcome to San Diego and Local 325!

Vladimir recently rejoined Local 325. He plays clarinet and alto and soprano saxophones. Vladimir graduated in 1990 from the Academy of Music Gnessin in Russia and is the Instrumental Music Director at The Bishop's School. He will be performing with Orchestra Nova San Diego and we welcome him back to Local 325!

Ramon joins us from Local 555 in Puerto Rico. He plays and teaches all levels of Viola and Violin. Ramon has performed with the Puerto Rico Symphony, Yale Philharmonia, and the New Britain Symphony. He is classically trained and specializes in symphony and chamber music. Ramon is also bilingual, speaking Spanish and English. Welcome to San Diego!

Ray joins us from the Los Angeles area and he is also a member of Local 47 in Los Angeles and Local 308 in Santa Barbara. Ray plays Trumpet, Flugelhorn and Piccolo Trumpet. He currently performs with Presidio Brass here in San Diego and is also a free-lance musician in the Los Angeles area. Welcome to Local 325!

Michael Priddy (270) 351-1309

Michael is a new trombonist with the San Diego Symphony who also plays contrabass and bass trombone. He attended the Cleveland Institute of Music and is currently teaching at San Diego State University. Michael has performed with the Hong Kong Philharmonic, the Malaysia Philharmonic (Kuala Lumpur), The Quebec Symphony, the Cleveland Orchestra and the Montreal Symphony. He is currently performing with the Elysian Trombone Consort. Michael is also a former member of the United States Air Force Heritage of America Band. We welcome him to San Diego.

Angela joined Local 325 late last year. She plays Flute and Piccolo and has taught at the university level for 7 years. Angela toured Malaysia, Hong Kong, Saint Louis and Los Angeles in 2011 as an orchestral musicians and solo recitalist. She received her Doctor of Musical arts in 2006 from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, Conservatory of Music and Dance. Angela is currently accepting new students and will be free-lancing here in San Diego. Welcome to Local 325!

Jeff is a guitarist and vocalist with the local group N.R.G. He is a graduate of the Berklee College of Music with a Degree in Performance Guitar. Jeff specializes in Rock, Jazz, Pop, Top 40 and Big Band styles and performs with other local groups.

He has shared the stage with world class artists such as Hubert Laws, Kenny Rankin, Mike Wofford, Bob Magnusson, Marshall Hawkins, Clare Fischer, Gary Foster, Jackie and Roy, Andy Simpkins and Kamau Kenyatta. Tasha has rejoined Local 325. She plays harp and violin. Tasha received her Bachelors and Masters Degrees from San Diego State University and also earned a Performance Diploma from Ecole Normale de Musique de Paris. She has more than 10 years experience teaching harp and violin and is the current President of the San Diego Chapter of the American Harp Society. Welcome back Tasha!
