Arias Hall is available for (member) events under the following conditions:
1. The Organizer of the event must be a member of Local 325.
2. For afterhours and weekend events, members must pick up a key from the office during regular business hours. Keys must be returned immediately following the event unless other arrangements are made at the time of scheduling.
3. Arias Hall is scheduled on a first come, first served basis.
4. There is no charge for rehearsals if all participants are members of Local 325. Fees for recitals and other events will apply.
For other events (non-member), requests are being accepted on a case-by-case basis. You will be notified of approval or additional information/precautions necessary to proceed with your event shortly thereafter. If your proposal is approved, events will be scheduled through the Office Manager.
Member Recitals
Up to three (3) hours* $50.00
* More than three (3) hours subject to Member Events rates below
* Group/Suzuki (non-member) recitals subject to Member Events rates below
Member Events (Fundraisers, Promotions, Receptions, Workshops, etc.)
Up to three (3) hours $150.00
Each hour thereafter $50.00
