Susan Aquila
Susan plays Violin, Viola, Electric 6-string Violin, Guitar, and does vocals. She has recently toured as a solo Violinist for Joe Jackson, performed with Andrea Bocelli at Madison Square Garden and tour. Andrea is also a member of the Harrisburg Symphony Orchestra and a sub for productions of Lion King and Wicket on Broadway. She will be performing for the production or Regency Girl at The Old Globe Theatre. Susan studied at The Juilliard School of Music and Rice University. Welcome to San Diego and Local 325!

Bill Bernatis
Bill plays French Horn and is currently performing with the Last Vegas Philharmonic, the Chautauqua Symphony, and the Juneau Symphony. He is a freelance performer with 40+ years of higher education instruction, orchestral playing, and performing chamber music of all kinds. Bill is particularly interested in new chamber music. His musical training comes from Washburn University, Indiana University, and the University of North Texas. We welcome Bill to Local 325!
Alan Cox
Alan plays Trumpet and is currently performing with the Poway Symphony Orchestra, the Dirty Byrds, and the Horn Stars. He is the Associate Band Direct at Poway High School and teaches privately. Welcome to Local 325, Alan.

Tim Burke
Tim plays Trumpet, Piccolo Trumpet, Flugelhorn, and Cornet. He has most recently performed with the Broadway tour of Frozen at Lead Trumpet and all major shows in Chicago for more than 20 years. Tim studied at Berklee College of Music. Earlier in life, he toured with the Stan Kenton and Woody Herman Orchestras after Berklee. Tim hopes to stay active as a freelance player and teacher and we welcome him to San Diego.

Christian Gonzales
Christian plays Violin and has recently performed at the Tanglewood Festival, Carnegie Hall, and a Juilliard Chamberfest among other locations events. He plans on a career as a freelance soloist, chamber musicians, and orchestral musician while he establishes a full teaching studio. Christian has a MM from Juilliard and a BM in Performance from the Herb Alpert School of Music at UCLA. Welcome to Local 325, Christian!
Tristan Marzeski
Tristan plays Drums, Percussion, Electronic Percussion and does programming. He has toured nationally with the production of How the Grinch Stole Christmas, done off-Broadway productions and is the staff accompanist with the American Musical and Dramatic Academy. Tristan is looking forward to making music here in San Diego and also does copying/engraving work and arranging. Welcome to San Diego and Local 325!
Geovanny Ramirez
Geovanny plays Viola, Violin, Mandolin, and does Vocals. He has recently performed with the Coronado Philharmonic, the City Ballet Orchestra, and Bambula Latin group. Geovanny received his musical training at the San Diego School of Creative & Performing Arts, San Diego State University, Interharmony International, and studed with Local 325 Member Travis Maril. Tiffany Wee

Daniel Miles
Daniel plays Viola and is current working with the San Diego Symphony. He has also recently performed with the4 Seattle and Pacific Symphonies. Daniel earned musical training at Oberlin Conservatory, USC Thornton, and the Music Academy of the West. He is a Teaching Artist at Yola. Welcome to Local 325!
William Nakamura
William plays Tuba and has performed with the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, the San Luis Obispo Master Chorale, and the San Luis Obispo Symphony. He is a freelance musician who loves playing in brass quintets. William received his DMA from USC. We welcome William to Local 325.
Harold Reeves
Harold plays Violin, Viola, Cello, and Piano. He has recently performed with the San Diego Music Society and with Eugene Drucker and the Emerson Quartet. Harold recently performed for member Lorin Getline with the Spreckels Orchestra. He received training at the Eastman School of Music and the Cleveland Institute of Music. Harold grew up playing Violin, Cello and Piano, and has performed solo with an orchestra on Violin and Piano in the same concert after winning a concerto competition. Welcome, Harold!
Han Xie
Han is a Violinist who joins us from Local 3 in Indianapolis where he performed with the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra. He will be performing here with the San Diego Symphony Orchestra. Han received his musical training at Peabody Conservatory/John Hopkins University, the Eastman School of Music/University of Rochester, and at the Central Conservatory of Music Middle School in Beijing. Shirley Coggon
Shirley plays Trombone and has recently performed at the Belly Up, the California Center for the Arts, and NAMM, as well as Classics 4 Kids. She will be performing with Local 325 Members Manny Cepeda and Elizabeth Howard of the Sabrosas Latin Orchestra. Shirley earned a BA from the College of William and Mary and studied with R. Scott Mc Elroy, Principal Trombonist of the Virginia Symphony, and with James Biddlecome, Trombonist with the New York City Opera Orchestra. Welcome, Shirley!

Daniel plays Saxophone and teaches all levels privately. He has recently performed with San Diego Winds. Daniel received his BM in Saxophone Performance at SDSU and his MM in Saxophone Performance at Peabody Institute. He is versed in both Classical and Jazz. Welcome to Local 325, Daniel!
Nathan Lackey
Nathan plays Piano, Guitar, Drums, Bass, and does Vocals. He performs regularly in San Diego with his band Tonto. Nathan received a BM in Music Theory from Temple University, and has 31 years of Piano experience, 25 years of Guitar experience, 21 years of Drum experience, and 21 years of Vocal experience. Joe Harris
Joe plays Trumpet and is currently performing in the production of Johnny and June at the La Jolla Playhouse. He has also performed at the Disneyland Resort, with Pancho Sanchez, the Four Tops, Temptations, and Christina Aguilera. Welcome!
Lorraine Hussey
Lorraine plays Guitars and does Vocals. She has recently performed with Bob Boss, at the La Jolla Playhouse, and with the San Diego Symphony. Lorraine has a Master of Music in Classical Guitar, and a Bachelor of Music. We welcome her to Local 325.
Tyler Richardson
Tyler plays Soprano and Alto Saxophones, Clarinet, and Flute. He has recorded with Vince Gill of the Eagles and Paul Hanson, Jazz Bassoonist. Tyler has played everything from Big Band to church orchestras and classical wind ensembles. He has a Bachelors Degree in Saxophone Performance and a Masters Degree in Jazz Studies from San Diego State University. Wel welcome Tyler to Local 325.
Andrew Young
Andrew plays French Horn and has recently performed at Warner Bros., Sony, and EastWest Studios. Andrew is also a private instructor, teaching not only Horn but Trumpet, Tuba, Vocals, Trombone, and Saxophone at various levels. Welcome to Local 325, Andrew!

Kevin Dow
Kevin plays Drums and has reinstated his membership. He has recently performed in Jersey Boys Broadway, with Fish and the Seaweeds, Johnny Tarr and Josh Weinstein. Kevin will be performing in a current production at the La Jolla Playhouse. Welcome back, Kevin.
Joseph Payne
Joseph is another returning member who plays Steel String, Acoustic, Electric and Dobro Guitars. He performed in regional and national tours of Jersey Boys Broadway, with Buddy Holly, Hank Williams and Patsy Cline. Joseph will also be performing in a current production at the La Jolla Playhouse. Candace Chien
Candace is a Pianist who will be performing with the San Diego Symphony. She has also performed with the Alighieri Duo, Trio Portinari, the Chelsea Symphony, and On Site Opera. Candace is an undergrad with a double major in Performance, music education at Temple University, and a Masters in Piano Performance at the Manhattan School of Music, with a diploma in collaborative piano from Juilliard. Her primary residence is in New York City, but we welcome her to San Diego.
Ryan Nestor
Ryan is a Percussionist who has recently performed at San Diego New Music, Indexical, and with the San Diego Symphony. He received his DMA from UCSD, MM from Stony Brook University, and his BMME from the University of Kentucky. Welcome to Local 325!
Tasha Smith Godinez
Tasha is a former member who plays Harp. She has recently performed at the American Harp Society Summer Institute, Buenos Aires Harp Week, at Palomar College, and the University of San Diego. Tasha has a BM and MM from San Diego State University and received her performance diploma from L’Ecole Normale de Musique de Paris in France. Welcome back.
Jacob Thompson
Jacob plays Cello. He has recently performed with the Owensboro Symphony, Evansville Philharmonic, and the Coronado Philharmonic. Jacob received training at the Interlochen Arts Academy, Overlin Conservatory, the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music. He is also a member of the Suzuki Association of the Americas and certified to teach Suzuki Cello. Welcome to Local 325.
